Team description

As a Commercial Planning Specialist, you'll own the methodology behind payback analysis, breaking a complex metric into the drivers that senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Finance rely on to make informed decisions. You'll join at a pivotal moment, as the team rebuilds its specialist capability, giving you real scope to shape how Brazil plans, forecasts, and measures growth from the ground up.

  • Lead the annual planning process for Sales and Growth, working with Finance and channel leaders to set targets and track performance against them
  • Design and maintain forecasting models that support decision making across Sales, Growth, and Operations
  • Build and evolve the payback analysis methodology, breaking the metric down into the specific drivers decision makers need
  • Monitor and report acquisition spend and performance on a weekly and monthly basis across all sales channels
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Field Sales, Online Marketing, Pricing, and Finance on cross functional projects that tackle growth and retention challenges
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing planning processes and tools
