Terms of service
Last updated 16 October 2026
1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of EU AI Jobs, a job site for roles at technology companies in Europe, with AI roles as their own category. The site is run by:
Abas TurabliAv. Escandinavia 3903130 AlicanteSpainEmail: info@euaijobs.comNIF/NIE: Z2098294DBy using the site, you accept these terms.
2. Definitions
“The site” is EU AI Jobs and its pages. “You” is anyone who uses it. “An employer” is a company whose jobs are listed. “A listing” is one job on the site, made from the employer's posting.
3. Who can use the site
Anyone. The site is free, and needs no account: browsing, filtering and applying are open to all.
4. How listings get here
Listings are collected automatically from employers' public career pages, through the systems they publish their jobs with, and structured by software into consistent fields. Employers do not post or pay for them. Each listing links to the employer's original posting, which is the authority, and Apply directly opens it.
5. Corrections and removal
An employer, or anyone named in a listing, can ask us to correct or remove it by writing to info@euaijobs.com; every job page links to an email with its address filled in. We act on such requests promptly. An employer can also ask us to stop collecting its listings altogether. We may correct, refuse or remove any listing, at any time and at our own discretion, without giving a reason.
6. Verification
We check listings automatically against their source and remove those that close, but we do not verify employers, their roles, their pay or their terms, and we do not monitor every listing. Check a role with the employer before you rely on it, and never pay anyone to apply.
7. Your use of the site
Use the site lawfully and as intended. Do not scrape it or copy its listings or data by automated means, overload or disrupt it, get around its security, or try to reach parts of it not meant for the public. We may restrict or end anyone's access to the site for misuse, at our own judgement and without notice.
8. Intellectual property
EU AI Jobs, its name and its wordmark, and the site's design, software, structured listing data, counts and texts are ours. The text of each posting belongs to its employer, and company names and logos to their owners. You may use the site for your own job search and share links to it; anything beyond that, such as copying, republishing or selling its content, needs our written permission.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely, without owing you anything for them.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
10. Third-party content and links
Listings are their employers' content. We distribute them; we do not write, edit or endorse them, and have no more control over them than a library has over the books it lists. Apply directly and other links open sites we do not run, such as an employer's careers page or its applicant tracking system. We are not responsible for those sites, their content, their availability or how they handle your data, and a link to them is no endorsement.
11. No advice
Nothing on the site is career, legal, financial, tax or immigration advice, including what it shows about salaries or visa sponsorship. Decide on a role, an offer or a move with the employer and, where you need it, a qualified adviser.
12. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty, express or implied. We take care to show each listing as its employer published it, but we do not guarantee that a listing, or anything on the site, is complete, correct, current or still open, or that the site is available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors. We may change, suspend or stop the site, or any part of it, at any time.
13. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data or harm to reputation, arising from the site or a listing, from relying on them, or from dealing with an employer. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to €100, as the site is free.
None of this limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, or for harm to life, body or health, nor the rights a consumer has under mandatory law.
14. Indemnity
If you use the site against these terms or the law, you agree to cover the costs and claims that this causes us, including reasonable legal costs.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Alicante. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time, and change the date at the top when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms; if you do not, stop using the site.
17. General
These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. If a part of them is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part of them at once, we keep the right to enforce it later.
