đź’ˇ Your Mission: Win big and shape the enterprise landscape!

As our Enterprise Account Executive - UK, you’ll lead the charge in acquiring and closing strategic enterprise deals. You’ll navigate complex sales cycles, manage multi-stakeholder relationships, and build pipeline from scratch. You’ll run enterprise sales cycles with care-homes and hospitals and close the first paid pilots and rollouts. This is a rare opportunity to own a new market end-to-end, report directly to our VP Sales, and help shape the narrative that will unlock our next stage of growth.

🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike

  • Strategic acquisition: Identify and engage with enterprise-level prospects, navigating long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers

  • Relationship management: Build and maintain executive-level relationships, becoming a trusted advisor

  • Complex negotiations: Lead high-stakes negotiations, managing legal and procurement processes to successful closures

  • Tailored solutions: Collaborate with our product and tech teams to deliver customized solutions for enterprise clients

  • Market leadership: Identify strategic opportunities and contribute to voize's go-to-market strategy for the UK

  • Cross-functional teamwork: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to shape our enterprise sales approach

  • Proven ability to generate your own pipeline (outbound/events) and thrive without heavy enablement, brand pull, or SDR support

  • A true builder mindset: you create structure from ambiguity and take ownership when there is no playbook yet

  • High energy and an engaging personality - you leave people excited to work with you, every single time.

  • Willingness to travel across the UK
