Your responsibilities will include
Owning and maintaining build systems, CI pipelines, testing infrastructure and internal tooling to keep engineering workflows reliable and efficient
Helping and enabling other engineers by identifying recurring sources of friction and designing and implementing solutions to remove them
Vulnerability and dependency management
Reviewing code and contributing to a high standard of code quality and maintainability
Requirements
You're a great fit if you
Have 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer or Developer Experience Engineer
Are proficient in at least two of the following: build systems, continuous integration, testing, observability, dependency and vulnerability management, release workflows or internal tooling
Are comfortable working with Python tooling and packaging, including dependency management and the broader Python developer ecosystem
Have a genuine interest in building tools and processes that help other engineers move faster
Have strong software engineering fundamentals and excellent debugging instincts
Bring broad engineering judgment and curiosity
(Nice to have) Experience with tooling, packaging, and dependency management in JavaScript, Rust, Go or other language ecosystems
(Nice to have) Experience working with Kubernetes, including deploying services and debugging running workloads
