About the Role
We are now looking for a Project Delivery Specialist to join our team in Sweden, with a focus on implementing Tandem across municipal healthcare and social care organisations.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end implementation journey, from the moment a municipality partners with Tandem to the point where our product is fully integrated into its workflows and social workers and healthcare professionals are confidently using it in their day-to-day work.
You will work closely with municipal stakeholders, social workers, healthcare teams, and our internal Engineering and Medical Operations teams to ensure successful implementations across both social services and municipal healthcare. This includes coordinating technical integrations, adapting workflows to local needs, and supporting the adoption of new ways of working across municipal healthcare and social care organisations.
What You Will Do
Lead implementation projects end to end, ensuring customers move smoothly from project kick-off to go-live, with clear plans, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Coordinate stakeholders across municipal healthcare and social care organisations, working with project leads, managers, IT teams, and frontline clinicians and social workers to align expectations and maintain momentum throughout implementation.
Coordinate technical setup and integrations, including EHR integrations, working closely with our Engineering team and customer IT stakeholders to ensure technical readiness.
Adapt workflows to municipal settings, collaborating with customers and our Delivery and Medical Operations team to configure documentation templates and workflows that reflect local needs and ways of working.
Plan and coordinate user training, ensuring healthcare professionals and social workers across relevant teams across social services and municipal healthcare are prepared and confident ahead of go-live.
Drive adoption and change management, supporting customers as they introduce Tandem into existing routines, address user feedback, and establish sustainable ways of working.
Act as the primary point of contact during implementation, building trusted relationships with customers, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring stakeholders know what needs to happen next.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across technical and operational workstreams, escalating issues where needed to keep implementations on track.
Support successful transitions into ongoing use, ensuring customers are ready for go-live and that implementation outcomes translate into meaningful value for healthcare professionals and social workers.
Continuously improve our delivery playbook, capturing learnings from municipal implementations and developing scalable processes as Tandem expands across Sweden’s municipal sector.
Requirements
What You Bring
A strong track record in project management, ideally delivering technology solutions within healthcare, social care, or the public sector.
Experience working in a technology company, with particular value placed on SaaS implementation or software deployment projects.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex organisations, ideally involving municipalities, public-sector customers, or decentralised healthcare environments.
Familiarity with healthcare and/or social care IT environments, including EHR integrations, workflows, and change management within social care and municipal healthcare.
An understanding of the realities of municipal healthcare and social care, where successful implementation requires alignment between operational leadership, IT teams, and frontline professionals.
A structured yet flexible approach: you run a tight project plan, anticipate dependencies, and adapt quickly when circumstances shift.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with everyone from frontline professionals to senior decision-makers.
Genuine curiosity about technology and AI. Deep technical expertise is not required, but you understand how modern software products are implemented and adopted.
