Revenue Systems & Automation Analyst, Salesforce - Paris

The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Revenue Operations team led by Julien Amoureaux, Team Lead, Revenue Operations. The team consists of 10 members working across all of Mirakl's suite of products. Together, you'll be driving the efficiency and scalability of Mirakl's sales cycle by ensuring systems, processes, and automation run seamlessly across the organisation.

Experience

• 1 to 2+ years of experience supporting business applications such as Salesforce, CRM, sales engagement tools, or related Revenue Operations platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with or strong interest in AI agents, workflow automation, or tools such as n8n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent experience
