What you'll do

As written by Enact Intelligence · Read the original

In This Role

You will be the key connector between the digital and physical world. You will physically guide and remotely operate (teleoperate) state-of-the-art robots using motion-capture systems. Your physical demonstrations will directly form the training data our neural networks use to learn complex, real-world tasks. You will teach the AI what good looks like.

  • Data Capture & Teleoperation: Perform high-volume task demonstrations (e.g., sorting objects, operating tools, door opening, manual assembly, cable manipulation) via motion tracking equipment.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor data stream quality, tag trajectory metadata, and flag anomalies or edge-case physical behaviors to the AI engineering team.

  • Hardware & Setup Maintenance: Assist with staging environments, changing end-effectors, suggest hardware/software improvements and basic routine maintenance on the robot fleet.

  • Cross-Functional Feedback: Work directly with AI researchers and robotics engineers to iterate on teleoperation controls and data acquisition pipelines.
