Sales Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Business Finance Specialist to help French SMEs access the right finance, through our panel of lender partners. You’ll engage directly with business owners to understand their goals and challenges, and match them with the best-fit product - across unsecured lending, leasing, MCA, and more.

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role where performance and customer experience go hand-in-hand. As a member of the team, you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, manage a busy pipeline, and consistently deliver strong outcomes. You’ll also contribute insights to improve how we operate and share learnings with the wider team.

SOME OF THE THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING

• Managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities from SMEs looking for funding
• Understanding each business’s growth plans, challenges, and funding needs
• Matching customers with suitable products across a wide range of lenders
• Delivering consistently high levels of service — even when a deal doesn't go ahead
• Keeping Salesforce up to date with accurate, detailed notes and outcomes
• Spotting trends, identifying risks, and sharing insights with the wider PCS team
• Confidently representing Tide Partner Credit Services proposition
• Sharing success stories, learnings, and wins to help the team continuously improve

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're hiring a motivated, experienced sales professional with a strong background in SME finance, fintech or SaaS.
