Senior Product Manager - Subscriptions (Premium Desirability)

What You Will Do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Premium awareness, acquisition, and activation, helping more listeners discover its value and take the next step toward subscribing.
• Lead the discovery, development, and launch of consumer-facing product experiences, from early ideas and testing through to global rollout.
• Shape how people experience Premium across Spotify and partner channels, creating engaging journeys that build consideration, encourage subscription, and support long-term retention.
• Collaborate with partnerships and commercial teams to develop, launch, and scale subscription offerings across partners, markets, and audience segments.
• Lead experimentation to understand what drives interest in Premium, using A/B testing and behavioral insights to improve the user journey and measure business impact.
• Turn customer insights, market trends, and performance data into clear product opportunities, measurable goals, and informed priorities.
• Balance user needs, business outcomes, partner requirements, and regional differences to make thoughtful product decisions that deliver sustainable growth.
• Bring teams together around a shared direction, communicating product strategy, results, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and senior leaders.
