About the Role

We are assembling a top-tier team in Finland dedicated to bringing Tandem's AI solutions to Wellbeing Services Counties and private social and healthcare providers.

We're looking for a Senior Project Delivery Specialist to lead complex customer implementations and own the end-to-end delivery journey, from initial kick-off through to successful go-live and adoption. You'll take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard, while driving alignment across customers and internal teams.

Beyond your own projects, you'll play an important role in developing our delivery processes, supporting colleagues and helping Tandem scale its implementation capabilities in Finland.

What You Will Do

  • Independently lead complex customer implementation projects end to end, taking accountability for delivery plans, timelines, scope, quality and successful go-live.

  • Manage multiple concurrent implementations and coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, alignment and momentum across customer and internal teams.

  • Lead technical implementation activities, including EHR integrations, working closely with Product and Engineering to manage requirements, dependencies and technical challenges.

  • Partner with customers and Medical Operations to ensure clinical documentation templates, workflows and configurations are appropriately designed, tested and implemented for each healthcare environment.

  • Drive implementation readiness and change management, coordinating user training and go-live activities to ensure clinicians and customer teams are confident and prepared.

  • Act as a Senior Delivery partner to customers, confidently managing stakeholders from clinical and IT teams to C-level decision-makers, facilitating project governance and providing clear progress updates.

  • Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies and blockers, taking ownership of solutions and adapting deployment approaches to suit different customer sizes and healthcare environments.

  • Drive continuous improvement of the delivery playbook, partner with Product and Engineering to share implementation insights, and mentor colleagues by supporting, unblocking and establishing consistent delivery standards.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Native-level fluency in Finnish and excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

  • Demonstrable experience in project delivery or project management, with a proven track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional technology implementations.

  • Experience in a technology company, with particular value placed on SaaS implementation, enterprise software deployment or digital transformation projects.

  • Familiarity with healthcare IT environments, including EHR integrations, clinical workflows and change management within care organisations.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging everyone from frontline clinicians and technical teams to C-level decision-makers.

  • Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and complex dependencies independently.

  • A structured yet adaptable approach, with experience managing delivery risks, navigating ambiguity and developing effective implementation approaches across different customer environments.

  • Experience mentoring colleagues, improving delivery processes and contributing to scalable ways of working, alongside genuine curiosity about technology and AI.
