What you'll do
As written by Doctolib · Read the original
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build features that deliver value to healthcare professionals and patients
- Design and implement technical solutions ensuring performance, security, and usability across our fullstack applications (React, Ruby on Rails, JVM ecosystem)
- Strong design and architecture skills: you contribute to technical decisions, not just implementation
- A track record of balancing delivery speed, reliability, and maintainability under real constraints
- Comfortable with AI-assisted development workflows, and able to help your team raise their own proficiency
- Share your expertise and collaborate across teams to evolve Doctolib's architecture and technical standards
- In BP, the scope is broad, and the topics are diverse. Teams are small, and decision-making is close to the action. And if you want to understand how a tech scale-up generates (and protects) its growth, you’ll have a front-row seat.
