You'll play a central role in building and growing Legora's most strategic global client relationships. Working closely with our Sales, Engagement, Customer Success and regional teams, you'll ensure our most important customers realise lasting value from Legora, while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and expand our impact across their organisations.
This is a high-ownership role that combines commercial judgement, relationship management and strategic execution. You'll work with senior stakeholders at leading corporates and law firms, bringing together the right people across Legora to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive long-term growth.
Requirements
Drive an exceptional client experience
Act as a key strategic point of contact for priority clients, working alongside our regional Sales, Engagement and Customer Success teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
Coordinate across internal teams and regions to ensure client priorities are understood, commitments are delivered and relationships continue to develop.
Anticipate risks to client relationships, take ownership of resolving challenges and ensure issues are addressed before they affect long-term success.
Identify opportunities to increase adoption and engagement across teams, practice areas and offices, helping clients realise the full value of Legora.
What you'll bring
Experience in strategic account management, customer success, partnerships or commercial roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
A track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translating those relationships into measurable commercial outcomes.
Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to identify expansion opportunities, navigate complex account structures and drive initiatives through to completion.
Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers, ideally across multiple teams, business units or geographies.
Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to bring clarity, direction and momentum to complex client relationships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to engage senior legal and business leaders.
A collaborative approach, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared client and commercial priorities.
Familiarity with the legal industry, professional services or legal technology is advantageous, but not essential.
