About the Role
At Adyen, the safety and security of our people, workplaces and assets is a global priority. Our Physical Safety & Security program protects a growing international organization through a risk-based, technology-enabled approach.
Reporting to the Global Head of Physical Safety & Security, you will be the technical owner and subject matter expert for Adyen’s global physical safety and security technology environment. This includes access control and credentialing, video surveillance, intrusion detection, visitor management, emergency communication and emerging AI-enabled technologies.
You will be the primary technical point of contact for physical safety and security systems across Adyen’s global office network. You will help shape technology strategy, define technical standards, design solutions for new and existing offices, manage system administration and troubleshooting, and lead technical integrations, migrations and deployments.
For new offices, relocations and major workplace projects, you will work with Workplace, IT, contractors and specialist partners to define the physical safety and security technology architecture from design through implementation. This includes system selection, infrastructure and networking requirements, device placement, integrations, commissioning, testing and handover.
This is a hands-on global role. You will ensure systems remain reliable, secure and scalable while improving automation, integrations and AI-enabled capabilities.
