What You Will Do
Develop and nurture talent pools across the manufacturing space, such as facilities managers and factory technicians, to ensure consistent delivery across high-volume pipelines.
Build a robust employer brand, enabling microagi to be known as a competitive employer in an emerging industrial startup ecosystem.
Advise the team on best practices for building out and scaling manufacturing recruiting.
Plan and attend industry events to further our market presence amongst the best manufacturing talent.
Requirements
5+ year track record in high-volume blue-collar manufacturing hiring in innovative manufacturing environments
Deep network within European manufacturing and industrial talent pools
High agency: you don't wait to be told what to do.
Fluent in German and English.
