Your Responsibilities
Project & Order Management: Manage our projects from a commercial perspective, from the initial order to final delivery.
Purchasing & Material Management: Support the procurement of components and maintain close relationships with our vendors.
Inventory Management: Keep a close eye on our stock levels and ensure all components are in the right place at the right time.
General Administration: From preparatory accounting to master data management, keep our daily business running smoothly.
Requirements
Qualifications
Background: Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a degree in Business Administration.
Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role.
Mindset: You possess a strong hands-on mentality. No task is too small or too complex for you when the team needs support.
Drive: Your motivation and willingness to learn are more important to us than deep industry knowledge in robotics.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems.
Languages: Business-level fluency in German and English is a must.
