➡️ What we’re looking for
AML/CFT transaction monitoring: You have proven experience reviewing and investigating client transaction patterns and detecting suspicious activity. Experience monitoring transactions for corporate clients is a strong plus.
Pattern recognition: You are detail-oriented and evidence-driven, and you have the patience to follow an investigation through to a documented conclusion.
Prioritization: You can juggle several urgent alerts, manage your time, and flag risks early without lowering the quality of your analysis.
Italian and English: You write and speak both clearly, and you can explain a complex case simply to colleagues from other teams.
Openness to feedback: You learn fast, take feedback well, and bring ideas to improve how the team works. This position is based in Milan.
