Business Development Representative - France

🧐 The Role

• As the BDR for France, you own the top of the funnel for our SMB market — every qualified conversation you start is the foundation of a deal.

• Your outbound activity directly fuels the pipeline that Account Executives close, making you a critical engine in the SMB Commercial team.

• You develop deep expertise in Sendcloud's shipping platform and translate that into compelling, consultative conversations with e-commerce founders and operators.

• Working closely with AEs and the wider Commercial organisation, you help shape how Sendcloud enters new SMB segments.

🎯 What you'll do

• Drive outbound prospecting across the French SMB e-commerce landscape through calls, email, and LinkedIn — generating qualified pipeline from scratch.

• Qualify prospects by uncovering their shipping volumes, business goals, and pain points, and determine fit with Sendcloud's platform.

• Own the handoff from first contact to Account Executive, ensuring each transition is warm, informed, and set up to close.

• Build and maintain your prospect pipeline with precision, keeping CRM data clean and your activity metrics on track.

• Act as the face of Sendcloud for French SMB prospects — representing the brand with energy, credibility, and a deep understanding of the product.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to refine target segments, outreach messaging, and qualification criteria.

• Use data and feedback from every interaction to continuously sharpen your outreach and improve conversion rates.
