Global Video Lead

As Global Video Lead, you will

• Video Production: Lead and actively contribute to video and motion graphics production across CTV, instream, and digital advertising formats.

• Quality & Standards: Define and maintain global creative and technical standards, ensuring consistent quality and SLA compliance.

• Workflow Coordination: Manage video requests, priorities, and deadlines alongside the Video Operations Coordinator.

• Vendor Management: Oversee external creative partners, including negotiations, quality control, and service delivery.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and regional teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with commercial needs.

• Operational Excellence: Improve production workflows, processes, and documentation to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Extensive experience in video production, motion graphics, and digital advertising.

• Strong technical knowledge of CTV, instream video, and digital advertising formats.

• Proven ability to combine hands-on creative production with operational leadership.

• Strong project coordination and organisational skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Experience managing external vendors and creative production workflows.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments.

• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Excellent written and spoken English, particularly for collaboration with North American teams.
