About the Role
We are looking for an Industrial Quality Engineer to support the ramp-up of our new plant located next to Orly. Working closely with the Quality manager, you will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards, supporting audits, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.
Collaboration and Communication
Work with cross-functional teams using platforms such as Jira or Confluence to document and track quality topics.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and promote a strong quality culture.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.
6+ years of relevant experience in quality engineering, preferably in the automotive, aerospace, or high-tech sectors, with at least one successful first permanent role.
Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and ability to perform internal audits from end-to-end across different types of quality topics (process, supplier, product).
Experience with quality tools, including Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, and risk reduction methods.
Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments in an international environment.
Communication & Commitment: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English; full alignment with Harmattan AI’s mission and willingness to go the extra mile to support our growth.
