About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Program Manager to join our Accounting organization and help it run as one global team. Accounting is scaling at an unprecedented pace across multiple hubs, and the goals, rhythms, programs, and people that make up the team need to stay connected as we grow. In this role, you will own that connective tissue: the annual goal-setting cycle, the leadership team’s operating cadence, org-wide events and internal communications, and the programs that make a distributed team feel like one.
You will partner with Accounting leadership, the People team, Finance Systems, and hub leads. This is a hands-on role with a lot of range: part chief of staff, part program manager, part culture builder.
Requirements
Preferred qualifications
- 7+ years in program management, operations, chief of staff, or strategy roles. Experience inside a finance or accounting org is a plus, but not required.
- A track record of running recurring programs end to end and getting people to follow through without formal authority.
- Good judgment about what matters and what doesn't. You can handle a lot of moving pieces without dropping them.
- Clear, direct writing. You can brief a senior leader in a few sentences.
- Comfort with confidential information and sensitive people topics.
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams.
- You're organized, but you also know when a process is getting in the way and should be simplified.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
