Sales Director, Singapore/APAC

Required qualifications

• Native Singaporean, or long-term expat, based in Singapore, with the right to work without sponsorship, with English and Mandarin Chinese as the primary mother tongue language.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or a related field.

• 25+ years of sales experience in startups and scale-ups, including at least 10 years in a senior sales role (Director, VP, Head of Sales or equivalent).

• 2 years of experience selling AI, including AI infrastructure solutions, and familiarity with modern go-to-market for LLMs and AI-driven products.

• Proven experience working as a sole or lead representative for a company headquartered in Europe, coordinating across time zones with HQ teams on deals, proposals and forecasting.

• A strong, established network of senior contacts (C-level and senior decisionmakers) in Singapore.

• Demonstrated success closing large enterprise deals (€2M to €10M+) with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to prospect, qualify and manage C-level relationships in regulated and complex environments, with strong executive presence.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA, or a technical degree in Science or Engineering.

• Experience selling across APAC markets, and existing relationships across the region.
