What You’ll Do
Across the customer journey
Own Lovable’s value methodology end to end: a standard value hypothesis by persona and use case, a defensible ROI/TCO model, a success-plan template, and a realized-value reporting standard, so the numbers a customer sees in the sales cycle are the same ones they’re measured against at renewal
Pre-sale, partner with Account Executives and Solutions Architects on our largest opportunities to lead value discovery, quantify current-state cost and opportunity, and build the business case that gets the deal through the economic buyer
At handoff, turn the business case into a success plan with Customer Success: the agreed metrics, the baseline, and the review cadence
Post-sale, work with Customer Success to measure outcomes and present realized value to executive sponsors at business reviews and renewals
In our most strategic accounts, work with the Head of Transformation to build the enterprise-wide case: the operating model, the adoption roadmap, and the board-level narrative that takes Lovable from one team’s tool to how the company builds software
Scaled tooling
Build and maintain the value toolkit the whole Revenue team uses: a self-serve ROI calculator, discovery guides, business-case and success-plan templates, and a realized-value dashboard, built in Lovable wherever possible
Build and own the customer proof library: reference metrics, case studies with real numbers, and industry benchmarks, kept current as the customer base grows
Enable Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success Managers to run value conversations themselves, reserving your direct involvement for the largest and most complex accounts
Instrument the toolkit to see which value drivers close deals, which success metrics predict renewal, and where the methodology needs to change
Turn the frameworks, methods, and assets that win and retain deals into reusable playbooks any GTM team, in any region, can run on their own
1:1 engagements
Lead value discovery workshops and executive business-case reviews in strategic and enterprise deals
Run realized-value reviews with executive sponsors in our top accounts ahead of renewal and expansion
Partner with the Head of Transformation on a small number of enterprise transformation programs, owning the quantification and executive reporting
Feed what you learn back to Product, Pricing, and Marketing: which value drivers matter, where packaging helps or hurts the case, and how customers measure success
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
6+ years in value consulting, value engineering, management consulting, or a strategy or finance role supporting enterprise SaaS, with direct involvement in deals of $500K+ ACV and the post-sale relationships that followed
A track record of building business cases and ROI/TCO models that executive buyers used to justify a purchase, and of defending those models under scrutiny from finance and procurement
Experience measuring realized value after go-live: defining success metrics with a customer, instrumenting them, and presenting results to an executive sponsor at a renewal or business review
Fluency in how enterprises account for software, internal engineering capacity, and vendor spend: cost of delay, fully loaded developer cost, opportunity cost of backlog, build-vs-buy, and consumption-based pricing
Comfort working across the full customer lifecycle and across functions. You can hold your own with a sales leader on deal strategy, a CSM on adoption risk, and a transformation lead on change management, and you know where each hands off to the next
A systems builder as much as a consultant: you’ve productized your own work (calculators, applications, dashboards, enablement) so others could run it without you
Strong executive presence: you can run a value discovery workshop with a VP of Engineering in the morning and present a CFO-ready summary the same afternoon
Analytical rigor paired with commercial judgment: you know which assumptions matter, how to source them from the customer, and when a model is good enough to move a decision
Fluency with AI tools in your daily workflow, and the curiosity to build in Lovable yourself so your value claims are grounded in what the product does
Preferred: experience quantifying value for developer tools, low-code or no-code platforms, AI platforms, or internal-tooling categories
