Partner Manager Lead – Semiconductors

About the role

We are looking for a Partner Manager to lead the relationship with semiconductor providers (GPU, ASIC, accelerator vendors and their ecosystems). This is a dual-mandate role to support the growth of Mistral along two dimensions

• As an AI Lab. You will accelerate the adoption of our models on their silicon (incl. device, edge and on-premise), support cross-collaboration with OEMs (e.g., joint research) and facilitate access to AI Infrastructure to support our research efforts.

• As an AI Infrastructure provider. You will support the development of our AI Infrastructure: securing compute allocations from partners, supporting infrastructure financing plans, and building joint pipeline for AI Infrastructure deals.

You will report into the Compute Partner organization. You are a builder who is equally comfortable in an executive briefing, a technical roadmap review, and a commercial negotiation.

Nice-to-have qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working at an AI Lab

• Strong understanding of Silicon partners’ business model, products, programs, and funding structures

• Experience developing and executing GTM strategies and business plans with partners

• Ability to identify and scale new business opportunities through partnerships

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and touchpoints

• High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven approach
