What you'll do

The role

Our enterprise customers deploy AI agents across teams, use cases and regions. You’ll own these deployments from initial scope through to launch, adoption and expansion.

You’ll manage our largest accounts, lead complex rollouts and build relationships with senior stakeholders. This combines customer success, technical delivery and commercial ownership. You’ll be hands-on in the product, configuring agents and making sure they deliver results.

What you’ll do

  • Own enterprise accounts: lead executive relationships, deployment plans and business reviews, keeping customers confident and commitments on track.

  • Deliver multi-agent rollouts: plan deployments across teams and regions, define success criteria and take each agent from pilot to production.

  • Get hands-on with the product: configure agents, test conversation flows, work with integrations and troubleshoot issues.

  • Prove customer value: track performance against outcomes such as bookings, costs and revenue, and use the results to guide the next phase.

  • Drive renewals and expansion: own retention and growth across your accounts, identify new opportunities and build the commercial case.

  • Manage account risks and incidents: spot problems early, coordinate responses and keep stakeholders informed.

  • Shape the product: turn customer needs into clear requirements and work with Engineering to remove barriers to scale.

  • Build repeatable playbooks: make each enterprise deployment faster and more effective than the last.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years in customer-facing B2B software roles, including at least two owning enterprise accounts.

  • Experience in technical account management, strategic customer success, implementation or deployment, with commercial responsibility.

  • Confidence managing directors and C-level stakeholders, including through setbacks.

  • Ownership of renewal, expansion or net revenue retention targets.

  • Experience delivering complex, multi-phase programmes across teams or regions.

  • Technical confidence configuring products, working with integrations and reading API responses, logs and code. Production coding isn’t required.

  • Clear communication with both executives and engineers, and the initiative to move work forward in a fast-growing startup.

Useful but not required

  • Experience deploying AI agents, voice AI or LLM-based products.

  • Experience working within customer operations during a rollout.

  • Familiarity with CRM, telephony or field-service integrations.

  • Early-stage startup experience or coding skills.
