Senior Public Affairs Specialist

Must-have requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience: in public affairs, government relations, public policy, political advisory or external relations.
• Finnish government engagement experience: and a strong understanding of decision-making within the President’s Office, Prime Minister’s Office, ministries, Parliament, municipalities and public administration.
• Proven national, regional and local operating capability: including the ability to connect political strategy with infrastructure delivery and community engagement.
• Relevant sector experience: in technology, AI, cloud infrastructure, data centres, energy, telecommunications, industrial development or another regulated infrastructure sector.
• Excellent political judgment, discretion and stakeholder presence: with strong writing, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English: with the ability to prepare clear policy materials and represent Nebius in both languages. 

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting major investment or infrastructure projects, including permitting, grid access, electricity taxation, waste-heat reuse, employment or regional-development matters.
